PTO Drop In & Pick Up Procedures

All required documentation must be completed prior to making PTO reservations and drop off.

 

Pre-Paid Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance

Drop In Procedures

  • You must arrive 15 mins before your scheduled drop off time. Do not be late as our program will start promptly and our doors will be locked.

  • When you arrive please Check-In and place your child's belonging in their assigned lockers.

  • You and your child will be provided with matching color bracelets. We must see you put on your matching color bands BEFORE you leave the building. This is for the safety of your little one and ensures you and you alone will be picking up the little one.

  • ID will be checked (even if we know you well) at drop in and pick up times.

  • Once you've completed the check in process we ask that you do not hang around long so it's easier for your child to adjust to our staff.  Just know that we are going to play play play and take the best care of your little ones during the short time you are away for your much needed break. 

  • Pick up Procedures please do not be late for pick up. We understand that sometimes things happen but please call us and inform a staff member you are running late and we will give a grace period of 10 mins please understand that every minute past the 10 min grace period we will charge a 1.00 fee. If we see a pattern of late pick up we reserve the right to no longer allow you our services.

Pick Up Procedures

  • Do not be late for pick up. We understand that things happen so please call us to inform you are running late.  You will be charged $1.00 late fee for every minute past the grace period.  If we see a pattern of late pick ups we reserve the right to no longer allow you our PTO services.

  • Have your your photo ID ready and matching color bracelet presentable BEFORE your child is released from our care back into yours.

  • Collect your belongings from assigned Locker.

  • Please do not take photographs in the building on PTO days for the safety of other little's in our facility.

 

Items Required for Drop In

  • Change of Clothing

  • Diapers & Wipes 

  • Snacks & Sippy cups must be clearly labeled with child's first and last name.

  • Please indicate if child has any allergies on the documentation ** We are a nut free facility and do not send your child with any snacks that might have any ingredients with nuts.

  • Please do not bring any personal toys with your little one
